We picked the venue back in September, picked the date in October, and in November we put down the deposit on the venue, confirmed the photographer, and paid for the DJ. Then comes December, we picked the ring and while I knew it was coming, this morning was a complete surprise!
MES wears this button down shirt that has snaps and whenever he wears it, like the punk that I am, I rip it open on him. This morning he tried to instigate me to do it, but when it's expected, when is that fun? However, he leaned in to give me a kiss and I saw the perfect opportunity .... and ripped open the shirt to find this!
And then this beautiful ring found its way onto my finger :)
