Yesterday I left the brink of my 30s and landed smack dab into my early-30s. Yikes! So I'm putting it out there, because if it's not on the internet then it isn't real, I'm going to commit to 30-mins 3x a week to exercise that is above and beyond my normal week; ie walking to work does not count!
Given my erratic work schedule and travel schedule, it's been very difficult to be consistent about these things. How do you maintain a good physical regimen when on the road?
